Vocational institutes can obtain customized implementation to start their own training courses for Solar energies. Train of trainers (ToT) is the core element of the program and can be held either at SERC or at the prospective institute. Local procurement and assembly of training equipment reduces initial investments significantly. Course packages include all training materials and SERC can provide logistic guidance and technical assistance throughout the whole implementation process.
